RECOGNIZING WOMEN´S WORK

After having done the script (click here) , It is time to record the video. 

We did the video using Powtoon. 

I had used  it before in one occassion but I barely remembered it. It is an incredibly easy tool to create fun videos. But, we had one problem while using it: WE COULDN´T DOWNLOAD THE VIDEO! If you want to do so, you need to pay around 50 euros. Morover, there is a limited time for the video... ONLY 3 MINUTES LONG. 

We wanted to do a 7 minutes long video , so we had to divided the video in four parts and each member of the group had to create their own part. Then, we had to upload it to YOUTUBE ( as we couldn´t download it) , then download the videos from yooutube. After creating a folder with the four videos and their audios, we had to use another programm (MoviMaker) to join the videos and the audios. 

By the wat, the audios were recorded with the movile phone and they were put together with Audacity. 

The result of that work is the following video called Recognizing women´s work . We want to make the viewers aware about the missinformation we have about women´s work.

We will use the video in Social Science in a fifth graders class.
