FAREWELL In the beginning, I was familiar with most of the resources we have used but I had forgotten how to use them. Hence, having worked again with apps like Genially, Powtoon or Pinterest has been very useful. to discover new updates.  On the other hand, I had never heard of Canva, Stoaryboardthat or talkative avatars in 3D.  So, If  at the beginning    I was not very familiar with educational ICT tools, after these few weeks I can say I have discovered a lot of resources and useful hacks.  I´ve created this video  that shows everything I´ve learnt and done in this subject.  Hope you enjoy it and see you soon! RECOGNIZING WOMEN´S WORK After having done the script ( click here ) , It is time to record the video.  We did the video using Powtoon.  I had used  it before in one occassion but I barely remembered it. It is an incredibly easy tool to create fun videos. But, we had one problem while using it: WE COULDN´T DOWNLOAD THE VIDEO! If you want to do so, you need to pay around 50 euros. Morover, there is a limited time for the video... ONLY 3 MINUTES LONG.  We wanted to do a 7 minutes long video , so we had to divided the video in four parts and each member of the group had to create their own part. Then, we had to upload it to YOUTUBE ( as we couldn´t download it) , then download the videos from yooutube. After creating a folder with the four videos and their audios, we had to use another programm (MoviMaker) to join the videos and the audios.  By the wat, the audios were recorded with the movile phone and they were put together with Audacity.  The result of that work is the following video

 LET¨S CREATE A VIDEO First of all, we need a video script to orgasnise the ideas and set the scenes. To do that, we are going to use STORYBOARD THAT! PODCAST We are not used to use ICTs in the music class, but not anymore, here I have a didactic proposal to use a radio programe in our class.    Students may record their own podcast and that´s why they will have to use Audacity and Soundcloud AUDACITY It is a great tool to record a radio podcast. It is very intuitive and it is ideal to record one single track. However, there is the option to record more than one track but the edition will not be as fancy as other apps.  In my case, I have used Sony ACID, because I needed to combine two tracks (the voice and the music at the back). Morover , I needed to use this program to record the music and to controll the volumenes of both tracks. Using Audacity for this would have been more than hard. SOUNDCLOUD Later, they will have to upload their recordings to Soundcloud. It is the perfect tool to store their recordings as it is simple to use and the files are well organised.  You can find the class playlist CREATING NEW BEATS down below: Clar

WORLD OCEANS I´ve made a genial.ly to teach the oceans of the world. At the end of this post you can see the presentation embeded. I share the link as well: view.genial.ly/607c9c3f5d85620d39811467/interactive-content-donde-esta-mundial   It is my first time using Genial.ly and I can say it is an incredible app. Firlst of all you can choose what type of presentation do you want. You can choose a normal presentation a video one or even do gamification. I decided to do a mix of these three. You have a set of modelling slides so you can choose the one that fits beest for you.  This app will help you averytime, you don´t need to start from the beggining. Isn´t it genial? While designign slides you can use lots of lettering, lots of animation and it is very easy to use. You can create games really fast and it is incredibly useful for us to play with our students . COMICS It is great the amount of possibilities Internet can give us to illustrate amazing stories. Today, I´ve used Storyboard. This tool allows the user to create comics freely. It is very easy to use, very intuitive. In general words, you only have to choose a  background, select a character and write the comic bubbles. Then, you will have your amazing comic.  One thing I´ve liked the most is that it goes straight to the important things. For example, to select a character, it only let you choose the shape of the body, the colours of the skin, hair and eyes and the position of the body. This is great comparting to other apps where you need to select even the slightest detaiil such us the shape of the eyebrows. Thanks to this, Storyboard is fast, adequate and dynamic.  Another great thing about this tool is the variety of backgrpunds. There are lots to choose and you can also upload a picture. You can edit it as well , making them bigger, brighter, colourful ,etc.  You might as well c
